The Dominican / Black Canyon neighborhood includes 950 homes. Our western border is Grand Ave. and Villa (abutting the east side of Highway 101). Our southern border follows the avenues of Belle, Ridge, Highland, and Deer Park, we include all the streets north to Lillian Ln., just before the entrance to 101. The neighborhood is bordered by open space on approximately 50% of its perimeter.
