Black Point (south of Highway 37) consists of approximately 200 homes on 17 streets all accessible by Grandview Ave. Green Point(north of Highway 37) consists of approximately 350 homes on 32 streets, our homes straddle Atherton Ave to Bugia, our western border. Bahia is our neighbor firewise site. The Petaluma River is our northeastern boundary.
