Greenbrae is an unincorporated association of homes. The 1221 homes in our firewise site are part of the Greenbrae Property Owners Association (“GPOA”). Our homes are bounded by Sir Francis Drake to the south, Via La Cumbre to the east, and Manor Dr./Los Cerros Dr. to the west. San Rafael’s Bret Harte Rd. is just outside our northern boundary.
